Breaking the Silence Myuri Behary is an educator, researcher, and passionate advocate for epilepsy awareness. Her work is deeply inspired by personal experience, having witnessed the emotional and psychological challenges faced by a family member living with epilepsy. This journey motivated her to challenge stigma and promote understanding around the condition. She is currently completing her final stages of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Regent Business School in South Africa, alongside a course in Strategic Leadership and Management through East Bridge University in the United Arab Emirates. Myuri also holds a Python training certificate from Zabeel Institute of Management & Technology (UAE, 2025), further strengthening her foundation in technology and innovation. She is a Doctor of Education Student with East Bridge University (2026). As the founder of Meena Technologies, she is actively working on the development of a seizure-detection smartwatch application. She is currently advancing her skills in app development through Zabeel Institute of Management & Technology to bring this solution to life. Through Breaking the Silence, Myuri aims to educate, empower, and inspire change—creating a world where epilepsy is understood, accepted, and supported with compassion and dignity.
